Dermaplaning is a treatment that exfoliates your skin and gets rid of dirt and vellus hair better known as “peach fuzz.” Our Aestheticians use a tool called a dermatome, which looks like an electric razor, and moves it back and forth at a 45-degree angle to scrape off the top layer of dead skin. This treatment is commonly combined with other treatments, like a facial or chemical peel. 

We recommend waiting four weeks between your dermaplaning appointments. This time between appointments allows your skin to complete its normal rejuvenation cycle, which is thirty days, before having the top layer removed again.
