Updates To Our CareCredit Policy
As of January 1, 2017
- All CareCredit charges must be made in person. No CareCredit purchase can be made over the phone.
- You must be the account holder or authorized on the account to use the card. If you are using a card that is not in your name, and you are not listed on the account, the cardholder needs to be present at the time of purchase.
- You must show your ID when using CareCredit & sign the receipt.
No Exceptions To The Above Policies.
